Cambodia Earthquakes
Cambodia is not prone to earthquakes due to it's distance from volatile tectonic plates.
If Cambodia was to have an earthquake it would be devastating due to the building construction within it's larger cities such as Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. Cambodia's Infrastructure could not handle an earthquake that caused significant damage like structural collapses.

Not surprising with those types of constructions the buildings would collapse with a big quake...so they dont have any type of alert system or education program to mitigate quakes...also, where is your source of information..
ReplyDeleteVery interesting. I had no clue Cambodia wasn’t known for earthquakes. I definitely now where I’m going next on a trip. There is no need to worry for any disaster with the land.
